Discount Cigarettes Domestic does not sell cigarettes to anyone under the age of 18 years old, and our maximum order at any one time is 30 cartons. 2. We ship by a common national carrier. All orders require an adult signature upon receipt of delivery. 3. We ship only to the billing address of the customer's credit card. 4. We ship to all the United States accept Maine. We do not ship to APO's, FPO's, or foreign addresses. 5. All first time mail and fax orders must be accompanied by a photo copy of your valid drivers license or valid photo state ID. 6. Discount Cigarettes Domestic reserves the right and sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order. Especially when reasonable belief suggests the purchaser is attempting to obtain cigarettes on behalf of a minor. 7. We accept with mail in order certified checks, money orders, or credit card information. We do not accept personal checks. RETURN POLICY Should you receive an incorrect item(s) due to a mistake on our part? Please call or email us. We will glady replace the wrong item(s) with the correct item(s). Please return the incorrect items. You will be reimbursed for shipping via a money order. If the mistake was on your part you can ship the incorrect item(s) back to use at your expense. . Should you decide within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of your order that you do not want an item(s), simply return the unopened and undamaged item(s) back to us and we will refund your credit card for that amount. Shipping fees cannot be refuned, and Discount Cigarettes Domestic charges a 10% restocking fee on all returned orders. CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel as long as your order has not been shipped. Should you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, contact us for an authorization number. When the shipment arrives, refuse delivery. When we receive the return order your account will be credited minus all charges for shipping, and Discount Cigarettes Domestic charges a 10% restocking fee on all shipped canceled orders. DAMAGED SHIPMENT Not being a perfect world, occasionally an order may be damaged in shipment. Should your order appear damaged upon delivery, simply refuse receipt of the order. US Priority Mail will mark the order damaged. Contact us and upon return of the order we will ship you a new order. You will not be charged double shipping.
