Federal Law requires that the purchaser of cigarettes must be 18 years of age or older. By selecting any of the products offered on this site you are legally confirming that you are 18 years old or older.

WHY ARE YOUR PRICES SO LOW?
The KYOVA Nation of Indians ships form Sovereign Territory. This allows Discount Cigarettes Domestic to pass the low prices on to our customers. We have on average the lowest prices in the United States.

HOW FRESH ARE MY CIGARETTES?
Discount Cigarettes Domestic receives deliveries daily. The warehouse has been in business for 40 years, and moves approximately a million cartons a month. Your cigarettes are fresh.

DO I HAVE TO LOG IN?
No, you do not have to log in to shop or browse. When you checkout you will be prompted for your billing and shipping information.

WE ACCEPT POSTAL MONEY ORDERS & ELECTRONIC CHECKS.
Money orders are processed the day we receive them. Electronic checks require 3 days to process.We do not accept personal checks mailed to us.

IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM ORDER?
Yes, our minimum order is 1 (one) carton, and our maximum order is 30 (thirty) cartons. Our cigarettes are for personal consumption only, and orders in excess of 30 (thirty) cartons appear suspect as to their intended use.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING CHARGES?
Shipping charges are available before completing the order form.

WE SHIP COMMON NATIONAL CARRIER.
We support all efforts to prevent underage smoking, and take every precaution to prevent people under the age of 18 from acquiring our cigarettes. Our shipping allows Discount Cigarettes Domestic to require an adult signature on receipt of all deliveries. We do not ship to APO's, FOP's or foreign addresses.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We ship as soon as we have authorization to do so, and we do ship 5 days a week. Shipping travel times depending on your location should be between 2 to 7 business days. Again, we ship only to the billing address of your checking account, and require an adult signature upon receipt of delivery.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED?
All orders receive an email confirmation at the time they are received.

DO YOU ACCEPT COUPONS?
Sorry, effective March 29th, 2005 we will no longer accept coupons. Seems the Cigarette manufactureers will not redeam them from internet operations.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?
Discount Cigarettes Domestic's most valued business asset is the trust of our Customers. All of your information is with us safe. Your personal information is only used by us to ship your order, email you your shipment tracking number or to contact you about your order. Check transactions are done through Check Redi and our people will not have access to your checking account numbers. We appreciate your business and value your privacy.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Should you receive an incorrect item(s) due to a mistake on our part. Please call or email us. We will gladly replace the wrong item(s) with the correct item(s). Please return the incorrect items. You will be reimbursed for shipping via a money order. If the mistake was on your part. You can ship the incorrect item(s) back to us at your expense. Should you decide within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of your order that you do not want an item(s). Simply return the unopened and undamaged item(s) back to us and we will refund your checking account for that amount. Shipping fees cannot be refunded, and Discount Cigarettes Domestic charges a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.

MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT .
Should your order appear damaged upon delivery? Simply refuse receipt of the order. It will be returned to us as damaged. Contact us and upon return of the damaged order we will ship you a new order. You will not be charged double shipping charges.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you may cancel as long as your order has not been shipped. Should you cancel after your order has been shipped, contact us for an authorization number. When the shipment arrives refuse delivery. When we receive the returned order your account will be credited minus all charges for shipping, and Discount Cigarettes Domestic charges a 10% restocking fee on all shipped canceled orders.
